CNC milling from drawings

MADE8 manufactures CNC-milled metal and engineering plastic parts based on customer PDF drawings, STEP or other 3D models and technical specifications. We work with industrial companies in Lithuania, Scandinavia and other European markets.

Production is carried out at our own CNC machining facility, with machining programs prepared using Mastercam CAM software. The manufacturing process is selected according to part geometry, material, quantity, tolerances, surface requirements and planned production volume.

We manufacture prototypes and one-off parts, carry out series production and fulfil repeat orders. When required, we also provide conventional turning, TIG, MIG and MAG welding, glass bead blasting and assembly. Laser cutting, bending and surface finishing processes are coordinated through trusted manufacturing partners.

Materials we machine:

We machine structural and tool steels, stainless steel including AISI 304 and AISI 316, aluminium, bronze, brass, other non-ferrous metals and engineering plastics. The machinability of other materials is assessed according to the requirements of each project.

Industries we serve:

MADE8 manufactures CNC-milled prototypes, parts and mechanical components for industrial equipment, automation, food processing, furniture, agricultural machinery, defence and aerospace industries, as well as for maintenance, equipment repair and other engineering projects.

What files should I send to receive a CNC milling quotation?

For the most accurate quotation, send a PDF technical drawing and a STEP or other suitable 3D model. Please also specify the material, quantity, required delivery time, tolerances, surface requirements and any additional manufacturing operations.

What materials can you machine?

We machine structural and tool steels, stainless steel, aluminium, bronze, brass, other non-ferrous metals and engineering plastics. The suitability of a specific material is confirmed after reviewing the part documentation.

What size parts can you mill?

The standard working envelope of our CNC machining centres is up to 1050 × 570 × 510 mm (X/Y/Z). Depending on part geometry, clamping requirements and tolerances, longer parts can be machined by repositioning the workpiece – up to approximately 6 m along the X-axis.

Do you manufacture both one-off and series CNC parts?

Yes. We manufacture prototypes and one-off parts, carry out series production and fulfil repeat orders. The most suitable manufacturing process is selected according to quantity, material, part complexity and quality requirements.

What CNC milling tolerances can you achieve?

There is no single tolerance applicable to every part. Achievable tolerances depend on part size, geometry, material, clamping method, number of operations and inspection requirements. We confirm the achievable requirements after reviewing the technical drawing.

What determines the cost of CNC milling?

The price depends on the material and raw stock, part geometry, tolerances, surface requirements, clamping, number of machining operations and order quantity. The most accurate quotation can be prepared after receiving a PDF drawing and STEP model.

Can you provide additional manufacturing operations?

Yes. In addition to CNC milling, we provide conventional turning, TIG, MIG and MAG welding, fitting work, glass bead blasting and assembly. Laser cutting, bending and surface finishing processes are coordinated through trusted manufacturing partners.
